First Grade
First Grade Summer Reading List
This is a list of recommended books for your child. It is a list of suggestions only- not required reading. We recommend that your child read (or is read to) for a minimum of 15 minutes a day over the summer. Along with reading, please help your child keep a list of the books he or she has read (or has heard read aloud). Please include the title, author and a 1 to 5 rating ("1" means your child didn't like the book at "5" means your child thought it was excellent). You should send the list to school in September so that his or her teacher can see it.
Second Grade
