Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a child a good candidate for Grace?
A good candidate for Grace Episcopal Day School does not fit any particular model. We seek children and families who bring a wealth of differences in terms of culture, interest, ethnicity, religion and race. A good Grace candidate is excited about our mission and supports our philosophy which envelops academic excellence in a caring, moral environment, and has the benefit of a family who works cooperatively with our school, and understands that children achieve more when home and school goals are compatible.

What is Grace's Episcopal tradition, and what is the mission?
Grounded in the Episcopal School tradition, Grace welcomes children of all faiths. Our weekly chapel services allow students to explore their own faith as well as understand and appreciate the beliefs of others. We instill moral awareness and appropriate conduct as students learn to value themselves and others and see all persons as worthy in the sight of God.

Does Grace offer an extended day program?

Does Grace offer Financial Aid?
Financial Aid is available to qualified 4 year old through Eighth grade applicants. Applicants' parents can complete a Parental Financial Statement and submit the form with nominal processing fee beginning November 1, 2009. The Grace Episcopal Day School code is 3479.
