Strategic Plan
Our school has prospered
precisely because our founders had a clear vision of how to nurture and educate
children and because, over the years, we have recommitted ourselves to that
vision and ensured that the resources necessary to support it are in place.
Grace also thrives because throughout its history, our community – parents,
teachers, staff, Grace Church parishioners, and Board members alike – has
embraced those ideals and actively advanced them.
Our Strategic Plan focuses on four goals: 1) Thriving
in a competitive environment; 2) Enhancing facilities; 3) Optimizing
organizational structure; and 4) Funding our vision. Grace has achieved
almost every objective in the current plan and will soon begin the process of
developing a new Strategic Plan to guide us in the future.
