Financial Aid Information for 2009 - 2010

Financial Aid is available to qualified Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth grade applicants. Grace awards financial aid solely on the basis of financial need as determined by School and Student Services (SSS) for Financial Assistance and the Financial Aid Committee at Grace. Applicants’ parents complete a Parental Financial Statement (available at www.nais.org and in the Admission Office), and submit the form and nominal processing fee directly to SSS by February 15th, 2009. Parents must also submit a copy of the previous year’s 1040 tax form (s) and any schedules, and a copy of the previous year’s W-2 form (s) directly to the Admission Office at Grace by March 1, 2009. Once SSS has analyzed the data submitted to them and has conveyed the analysis to Grace, the Financial Aid Committee reviews all information and begins the process of financial aid packaging. It should be noted that in the event the Parental Contribution (as determined by SSS) is greater than the tuition for the school year, no financial aid will be awarded. Financial Aid packages will be mailed beginning the second week of March. It is strongly recommended that every effort be made to meet financial aid deadlines.
