Student Council
The student council consists of third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students. As elected representatives, they express the opinions and interests of students at regularly scheduled meetings where they plan various activities. They are expected to be student leaders as well as representatives gaining knowledge of the democratic process. The student council requires that its members be models to other students and strongly interested in being an exemplary school citizen.
Students on the student council must maintain at least a B average in all major subjects and effort and conduct grades no lower than a 3. They must be seen by their teachers as able to handle well the responsibilities required in addition to their school work.
